Where to work?
Many of the businesses and retailers in Florida have snowbird positions for people available only during the winter. Some only require a four-month commitment and many are part-time. If you find somewhere you want to work, inquire about a snowbird position. Many Snowbirds work for the fun of it, while some people work to supplement their income.

Here are a few places to start your hunt for a snowbird position:
Disney: Disney requires at least a 4 month commitment. They offer hourly pay and FREE admission to the parks.
Workamper: Offers short-term positions mainly at RV parks.
Senior Job Bank: This link provides a Florida based job hunt for seniors.
Home Depot: Some stores even have the option to spend the winter in FL and summer in MA.
Craigslist.org: America’s Free local Classified site. This is one of the best places to find local jobs and classifieds. Click on the city or town nearest your snowbird destination (ie: Orlando, Ocala, Space Coast, Treasure Coast).
